A foodies delight

Chef Brett Graham (The Ledbury): Buttermilk Chicken in Beremeal, Cheese Tart with Black Olive, Foie on Hemp Biscuit

Chef Chris & Jeff Galvin (Galvin at Windows): Marinated Salmon, Avocado Puree and Cornish Crab; Daube de boeuf, Pommes Puree

Chef Daniel Boulud (Bar Boulud): Signature Charcuterie Display to include pate grand mere, pate grand per, beef cheek terrine, lamb terrine, rabbit terrine, tourte de canard et foie gras, fromage de tete, selection of hams and dry sausages, sauccison en brioche, crispy pork belly rillons, pickles and condiments, sourdough bread, etc.
